Paul A. Clayton II
On January 9, 2012, Jeff's only brother Paul A. Clayton II passed away in Las Vegas. We knew that he did not have a long time to live as he was suffering with liver failure. About a year and 1/2 ago, he had a liver transplant due to Hepatitis C destroying his own liver. The transplant went very well until about 6 months ago and then the Hep C reared its ugly head again and attacked his new liver.
Paul was a wonderful brother, brother-in-law, husband, father and genuinely amazing man. We are so sad to loose him but have complete faith that we will be with him once again. He was true and faithful in this life and followed the Savior. He served as a Bishop and Temple Ordinance Worker in the Las Vegas Temple. During his career, he chased "bad guys" all over the world, proudly wore the gold badge of an FBI agent and served his country valiantly.
We were able to attend his funeral services in Las Vegas. We love his wife Maureen and 6 boys, their wives and families. Some of our family were able to attend the services with us and we enjoyed seeing them and many extended family as well.
I hope to post a better obituary picture of Paul in the future but for now, this is what I have along with some candid photos from the services.

At the end of a long day and jet lag combined, we were pretty wiped out but grateful to be able to attend Paul's viewing and funeral service with some of our kids and extended family. Then.... back to So. Africa.
